Part 1
You agree that you are a U.S. or International Citizen using this site for hunting purposes and are at least 18 years of age. You agree to waive all legal rights to sue the site owners for damages resulting from use of this site or people you may meet as a result of using this site. You understand that we do NOT do background checks on members. Membership is for a one year term beginning and including the day you join and can be renewed or extended at any time. Your profile will remain posted unless you email us to remove or edit it.
Part 2
Each membership covers one person only and is non-transferable. You may only post one profile. Under NO circumstances are you to share passwords given to you for the purpose of accessing member profiles.
Part 3
When posting your member profile, you are clearly agreeing to let others contact you. While we try our best to avoid having spammers and others contact you about non-hunting related activities, we cannot guarantee it. You agree not to spam other members on our website. While we cannot guarantee that you will find, meet or match up with the perfect elk hunting partner, our wish is that your connections and opportunities to find a great hunting partner are inherent in the site.
Part 4
THE ELKBROS HUNTINGBUDDY SITE IS ONLY TO BE USED FOR DEVELOPING PLATONIC HUNTING RELATIONSHIPS.
Part 5
The terms of this agreement and our website features may change from with or without notice. However the Terms are always available through your Membership Account Page.
